Hunt Lease Calculator exists because we got tired of seeing landowners undercharge — and hunters overpay — simply because nobody had real data on what hunting leases actually cost.

Why We Built This

Ask any landowner how they priced their hunting lease and the answer is almost always the same: "We asked around." A neighbor's rate, a post on a forum, a rough guess. That's not a pricing strategy — it's leaving money on the table.

On the hunter's side, it's just as murky. Most hunters have no way to know if they're being charged a fair rate or getting taken advantage of. The information is scattered across forum threads, Facebook groups, and word of mouth.
